Grind'em Outfitters is owned and operated by Gord Ives, and Jack Crotta, a well recognized outfitter located in Southern Ontario Canada.

Our exclusive territory runs through the heartland of Southern Ontario as we do most of our hunting in a large geographical area close to refuges. The Southern-Ontario goose flight has been estimated at over 650,000 birds which is a direct result of very good production in Southern James Bay. In fact, to say the resident goose populations in Southern Ontario are healthy is
a gross understatement. We manage thousands of acres of prime land for our hunts.

Your waterfowling experience begins in early September and runs through into late February. Whether you're shooting mallards on a snow covered corn field or in freshly picked sweet corn, all aspects of your hunt will be well organized and provide unforgettable memories. Our hunters are mostly repeat clients who have established personal friendships with us over the years. They come from all over the map as we gained a reputation for world class waterfowl hunting.

Most of our shooting is done inside of thirty yards. We like to shoot our birds up close, first to provide a client with all shots being quality and in range and second to eliminate the loss of cripples.

Hunts are from sunrise to 12:00pm. We mostly field hunt and our equipment is very up to date and top of the line. This equipment is essential to ensure the success of your hunt. We hunt a very large geographical area on properties we lease, that provide quality waterfowl hunting. Hunting is done on a rotation system therefore minimizing the pressure on our birds, but many fields will only be hunted one or two times through the season.

We normally host parties of four to five hunters (usually four). If you come with less than four hunters you may choose to be combined with other hunters to complete your party. This allows for more time spent in the field since limits can go rather quickly for the smaller groups. Larger groups can be arranged by creating a customized package. A minimum of one guide will be assigned to
your group. We only hunt one to two groups of clients a day.
